Order Acceptance and Confirmation

 

A 40% Deposit is required to confirm your order, with the balance to be paid prior to delivery.

At time of delivery you will be required to inspect and sign for your goods

UK Delivery to Ground Floor only unless help is provided 


If you are in the UK and goods are being collected by you or on behalf of you, Title and Risk transfers to you, once the goods have been signed 

for at our factory (on collection of the goods)


Order confirmation will be sent to you - please read it carefully to ensure the details are correct

 

For all orders placed outside of the UK - payment is only accepted via bank transfer

 

 

 

Note on Website Prices

 

All prices are in GB Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the current rate of 20% and are correct as at July 2016

 

While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of  goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled

21st Century Antiques have a Policy of Continuous Improvement and reserve the right to modify or change design and or specification, without prior notification.  Whilst every effort is made to produce up-to-date literature, this should not be regarded as an infallible guide to current specification.  The Terms Mahogany, Yew Wood etc. do not mean that any item is made entirely of that wood.  Wood is a natural product and there may be colour, texture and grain variation.  All sizes are approximate.

 

UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

If you are placing your order from within the UK by email, fax or post and there has been no face to face meeting prior to ordering by one of these methods then the distance selling regulations will apply to this order.  This allows you to cancel this order at any time up to 14 days from receipt of the goods.  Written notification is required within the above time scale either by email, fax, post or hand delivered to the contact address shown on your order acknowledgement.

 

Please note that cancellation does not apply to special items made to customers' requirements or on variations made to our standard specification or colour, or to orders placed from businesses.

 

If the delivery of the goods has taken place then the delivery charge cannot be cancelled.  An additional charge will apply for collecting goods, the cost will be the same as the original delivery cost.  The goods must be kept and returned in an undamaged condition.
